By using this website or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to the following terms.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes about Olivia's Venue and its services. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose.

Booking Inquiries & Availability

Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A date is only officially reserved when a signed event agreement has been completed and the required deposit or payment has been received. Calendar availability is preliminary and may not reflect real-time availability.

Venue Use & Event Policies

• All events must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Alcohol service may be permitted subject to specific event policies — must be disclosed at booking
• Ticket sales or money exchanges may require additional documentation
• Outside caterers are welcome; kitchen access is subject to coordination
• Decoration and setup must be approved in advance

Vendor Policy

Olivia's Venue is a vendor-friendly space. Outside vendors are permitted and must operate professionally and safely in accordance with our venue guidelines shared at booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in your individual event agreement. Contact us at oliviasvenue@gmail.com or (804) 528-9170 to discuss your circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, text, and design — is the property of Olivia's Venue or its respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Richmond, Virginia.
